Attitude of Gratitude – is a daily practice that will help you appreciate what you have, be open to new opportunities and feel joy in your heart. I know that when I practice gratitude my energy shifts and I feel more warmth in my heart.Here is a simple exercise to remind yourself what you are grateful for.  Joanne Eadie shares in her newsletter that:”I have been doing this exercise for a week now and I am astounded at the effectiveness and speed in which we are manifesting now.  So take five minutes in the morning and complete the following statement five times or add your own statements.”
